Terrible place to work unless you're a kid out of high-school. This company does not respect loyalty, competency, or their employees at all. They just care about the bottom line like every other non faced organization. Take care of your people before they all know realize what you're doing to them..

Running the store, and not being in the back or at the service desk laughing and joking around with each other while part time employees are carrying them and their duties.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other companies pay their employees significantly more. Especially Print & Marketing and Tech Developments. Also, unless you're a manager or supervisor, you are part time. This means you hours can change depending on how the person scheduling feels that week. No job security.
