They make you do hard labour and for what. A manager constantly yelling at you telling you to do something else while your with a customer. The staff itself can be like a family with the right manager but i am hurt on how my store is being ran.

We need managers that are voted through staff or something where w eknow our mangers arent treating the staff like there treating me

Conveying ideas without being rude and supporting the staff. Dont side with the customer bc there in the wrong. Dont let them yell at u
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our new manager has made it so toxic. She has us competeing for ecp sales for hours and promotions people can see what is really going on based on how desperate we sound
