The work is fine, but we are constantly understaffed due to low salaries. There is room for growth within the company, but not much of an increase in salary comes with promotions before you become a store manager.

Store managers are fantastic and supportive.

When things run smoothly with a customer interaction and everyone walks away happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am in a full time supervisor position but still am not quite making a living wage.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The store I work at has a comfortable team environment and managers that do their best to look out for their workers
What did you like most about the interview process?
They allowed me to schedule the interview almost immediately after applying. Good for people who deal better with person to person vs. presenting themselves on paper.
