What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Doing their jobs and not slacking off.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Offer employees more money to attract quality workers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is absolutely no redeeming quality in Staples LLC

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Do their jobs. In Old Saybrook, CT I was there for 2 1/2 years in the copy center. In that time there was never even 1 store meeting. Pay more so they can get better quality workers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Copy center and techs need to be paid more. Managers steal all the glory for themselves. Employees are hardly ever encouraged. I no longer need compensation due to the fact that I just got a job that pays 3 times as much doing the same thing for a different company.
