Terrible company. Treats employees like garbage and the pay is abysmal relative to the amount of work we do. Corporate and customers treat employees like dogs.

Literally nothing. My coworkers are amazing. Management and corporate are out of touch and think we care about the stockholders. Customers are ill mannered and entitled.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Do better. You all should be ashamed of yourselves with how you’re running this company. Focus on employee retention. Treat your employees well and your business will thriv
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay employees more. Let them sit. Rest is not a perk that you can take away its a human right. Stop letting your customers abuse employees. STOP UNDERSTAFFING ON PURPOSE. Your lean staffing strategy is idiotic. Your employees are human beings not robots.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are friendly, down to earth, and not out of touch with reality unlike corporate. I don’t think you guys understand that no one can afford to stay alive with such terrible pay. The buying power gen z has is bad. The wealth distribution is not equal or fair and the worst in histor
