It will depend on your store dynamic but in general I've found that the General Manager usually doesn't care about employees

Moral is low due to lack of staffing and most of the good employees are overworked and angry

For the most part those that come to work consistently, work well together. We help each other with customers and with questions
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have some hard worker that work along side me, however with lack of management direction or proper scheduling we all are overworked and it puts pressure on us all
