What does the leadership team need to get better at?

LISTEN and bring yourself down to our level! You're out of touch with the work and the employees; and rely too heavily on numbers without considering the variables.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Quit imposing on the supervisor and let him do his/her job. Upper management (out of touch) breath fire down our supervisors throats and expect an A+ job which in turn rolls down hill on to the associates.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Management turns deaf ears to employees and only put those who blindly agree with them in positions of power, which ensures that no new ideas are brought to the table. Horrible job managing the overtime. Warehouse worker here.
