There is a huge disparity in quality of employees. We don't pay nearly enough for the skills we ask people to have. Successful employees that make the company a ton of money barely make more than an unskilled fast food employee. We want to be professional and competitive everywhere but compensation.
Communication. It's always the same messages over and over with no real substance. We are kept in the dark as to what is really happening. Better keep selling liquid armor and attaching ink. Ink is already 25% of our business, but we look like failures if it isn't on the same receipt as a printer.
Insurance is way too expensive. I pay a ton out of pocket every week but still have to reach a really high deductible before it even does anything for me. It's an absolute money pit. Years ago I had blue cross through Staples and it didn't have a deductible at all. Change would be very welcome.
