They should show more interest in their employees well being, as well as helping solve issues to help work run smothly.

No one wants to work as a team. Pleople complain about work, but they dont work themselves. We need manegement be more hands on to help the company be more successful
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fulfillment center only cares about getting their orders out the door, they dont show any interest in their employees lives outside the warehouse, or consider how physically demanding the job is. They expect you to work 10+ hours without a word and if you cant they threaten to terminate you.
