The team is just that, a team. We’re all there to help each other and support each other as well as create healthy competition.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

They really take into account how much knowledge you have gained or brought with you when deciding your pay rate and the benefits package is pretty awesome too. Staples knows how to take care of its employees.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They really give you the training you need before you move into a leadership position so you aren’t left with a bad management team. Everyone cares about their work in the leadership roles and it trickles down.
