
Have a more positive reinforcement vs a negative one. There is too much negativity coming from the higher ups.
Coworkers are great. Most of us come to work for the money and because of our friendships with our coworkers.
Figure out what works for each store and figure out demographics and customer cultures. A one size fits all does not work. You cant expect to sell credit cards and warranties in a very wealthy city.
Company is very desparate for selling metrics, while ignoring overall profit. Your store can be in the top 300 in profit but in the bottom 25% when it comes to selling. Then corporate is demanding selling results in a demeaning way.
