Everyone works as a team.
Great motivated people usually. Though most go to better paying jobs once they realize their worth.
Add more staff, raise wages, and stop trying to get mangers to hit goals with fear.
My managers in store we're all fantastic. Upper level management though has no idea what actually goes on in the store. The cut staff and added tasks then expect the same level of customer engagement. Completely unrealistic. CEO pay gap is in top ten highest in the country.
Some kind of insentive for the sales they expect us to produce. They have star points which allows you to buy certain things at a special shop, but copy center is the only place to generate enough points to get the good stuff. Maybe use those as incentive for market basket and square trade sales.
