It's like working in a dictatorship. Open communication, ideas from employees, and if needed new management.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees need more say better training would be nice. More responsibilities for the part-time so the full-time is not responsible for every little detail. Hourly wages should increase due to the amount of responsibilities of full time employees.
