The people who work there. Corporate is very negative and does not give us the tools we need to succeed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting everyone on the same page. Corporate needs to set real expectations and give us the resources to accomplish these goals.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Corporate has the most unreal expectations and expects you to perform at a level most stores would provide some compensation for selling warranties and services etc. They give no incentive.
