Stressful, miserable and really frustrating

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Paying employees worth their time, scheduling, handling difficult customers.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Fairly casual with quick pace

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Reading all notes left for them, recycling, breaking down trash items before throwing them out.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Customer cooperation and willingness to read or be patient or understanding. Not giving discounts or freebies to customers who are rude to staff.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Rude customers and bad scheduling. No rewards for bad behavior, higher pay rate, rotating schedules so one person isn't working through almost every single weekend.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Required a lot of work with low wages. Expected to be composed and compliant when faced with large amounts of work and difficult customers. Larger pay rate and raised Sunday pay would be a start.
