What did you like most about the interview process?

It was rather quick and easy.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better management, more reasonable pace, better compensation. All non management employees are miserable.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Friendly, helpful, and relatable. We all have the same issues with management, and sticking together makes it a little more bareable.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Our management is the sole problem. They refuse to make the changes that are required to make the culture not horrific.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Realizing that there is simply too much work for the amount of employees we have, and horribly overworking the few of us that are there is only going to have a negative impact in the future. Hire more employees, or the few you have and that are willing to work for this pathetic store are going bye.
