Personal but it was a different manger that interviewed me back when they cared.

The moral and leadership needs to change. I hurt too much for my age and they don't care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't care about us. They don't promote from within as they say they do. They will make up excuses why they won't promote someone.
