Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because no matter how hard I work the general manager always finds something wrong with everything . I think we do a lot at Staples and it doesn’t make sense
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Besides the general manager everyone gets a long and work together pretty well . I know the manager probably gets stressed out dealing with everything all day but there are better ways to handle it than being rude to everyone .
