
Everyone needs more training and better systems. You are hard pressed to get any company paid training. And all the main systems were made in the 80s with no upgrades.
Stop pushing the good people out the door. All of the good people are leaving willingly or through cost cutting layoffs. Making it harder and harder for the ones left who actually do a good job.
Senior Leaders need to take a look at the bottom up and ask the right questions. Better benefits more time off for tenured people not just newbies, better raises and bonuses for the people doing the work, not just making decisions.
So many layoffs I am doing the job if three people. Senior leaders pass out horrible raises expecting you to be happy with an across the board raise of 2% but increase your benefit costs 4% so you actually loose money. If you are salary you loose more as the standard in most areas is 60+ hours wk.
