What did you like most about the interview process?

I got the interview fast and got hired. Thinking when he said "starting pay" that I would get a raise at some point...

What are some of the best things about your team?

Coworkers are the best part of this job. All are hard working, helpful, and competent individuals that deserve more than Staples pay and treatment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Coworkers are always fun and uplifting despite the high stress. Certain customers are pleasant, but most are entitled and make our job even harder.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Absoluetly. Copy Center is a busy, high-stress job that should at start at $10/hour with everything we're expected to do. We should receive compensation for Express, since we're the only ones dealing with the rush of the order. No black out months for requests since we don't get paid much...

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The store manager is the problem. He needs to lead. He's condescending, belittling, barely shows up for his shifts, and expects other employees to make up for his shortcomings. Never has the schedule out a week ahead, but wants r/os 3 weeks in advance. Never gives raises. All this needs improvement.
