My coworkers. They are the reason I haven't lets and tried to find work elsewhere.
The company doesn't take advantage of new improvements in technology. Our inventory system is built straight out of the 90s. It makes finding anything for our customers a nightmare.
It was a very comfortable conversation with my manager on what I expected from staples, how long I would be there, my work ethic, and such. It was very nice.
They are nice to talk to and I believe they are all my friends now. We have some differences in thought, but we all get along in our suffering for staples.
I like my manager. She's very understanding. As for the company they are inept as a management team can be. Honestly the way the do business is completely nonsensical. So much can be upgraded and made more profitable, but they'd rather just sit back and let their phony bonuses pile up.
They are little to no ways of increasing your pay at staples. Even if you do great work and you are a very profitable member of the team they still treat you like your a new hire. I've had so many coworkers leave because they are not compensated in accordance with the amount of work they do.
