Stop micro-managing, not adjusting to the new work environment. Managing the old way when work is going a new way.

My role has expanded and my pay has remained the same. I would like my compensation to be aligned with my role.

I started out at entry level pay but the work is not entry level. It takes training to which we are very well trained however it's still entry level pay.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The fact that we are in FACT a TEAM! We are at the end of the day humans and some days are better than others but our team always helps each other out when the other is not feeling well.

We could do better with training as far as grouping. The knowledge we need to retain does not call for a mass training.
