What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking care of customer issues when they happen, and standard procedures for common issues, like permitting of HOAs. Fells like we have been heading to a "vivant" style of churn and burn model of service.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager has put me up for promotion the previous 2 review cycles, which have been approved by my director (two different directors). Ultimately, the promotions were rejected at the VP/Executive level for various reasons. This can be discouraging after receiving a "Crushed It" rating.

I have employees that for the longest time made quite a bit more than me and after years im finally breaking even with them.

We had a pay cut this year, and raised our prices when our competitors didn't. Also standards were raised in the same 3 month time span.

Performing my responsibilities beyond my manager's expectations. Satisfaction from delivering tangible results day in and day out. I would consider myself a top-performing employee, and I take great pride in my work, and the results speak for themselves.
