Performing my responsibilities beyond my manager's expectations. Satisfaction from delivering tangible results day in and day out. I would consider myself a top-performing employee, and I take great pride in my work, and the results speak for themselves.
My manager has put me up for promotion the previous 2 review cycles, which have been approved by my director (two different directors). Ultimately, the promotions were rejected at the VP/Executive level for various reasons. This can be discouraging after receiving a "Crushed It" rating.
