Embracing the fact that we're all contributing positively to our customers and ultimately, the planet. Overall cohesiveness in executing the companies' mission statement.
What makes you most happy at work?
Performing my responsibilities beyond my manager's expectations. Satisfaction from delivering tangible results day in and day out. I would consider myself a top-performing employee, and I take great pride in my work, and the results speak for themselves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager has put me up for promotion the previous 2 review cycles, which have been approved by my director (two different directors). Ultimately, the promotions were rejected at the VP/Executive level for various reasons. This can be discouraging after receiving a "Crushed It" rating.
