Town halls! Company understands we are in a remote workforce which has cultural challenges - they attempt to bring people together (virtually) as much as possible, send out amazing gift baskets, monthly team get togethers etc
Everyone is so supportive and willing to lend a helping hand. The company's values of "Don't Say Nothing" and "Change Shoes Often" really resonate with everyone in the company.
