What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best part of my compensation package is the health care.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the story I get in performance reviews is different than the story in my paycheck. I got a pretty good performance review 18 months in, and only got 90% of my bonus, despite being told close to exceeding expectations on most things. Then my raise was tiny, didn't match what I was told

I am not a fan of how my bonus target is basically unattainable. My bonus is 50% personal performance and 50% company performance, and getting 100% of my personal performance is basically impossible. If that is the case, just tell me my bonus target is lower, but make it attainable. That felt cheap.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is pretty collaborative, despite being so far apart and not having seen anyone for a year. Everyone is supportive and willing to help out.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are hard working and nice. I generally like my coworkers and like working with them.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It's been a while since I went through it, but it was fairly laid back. People seemed to want to get to know me and what I could bring to the table, but weren't trying to ask gotcha questions.

What I liked most about the interview process was the chance to meet. some of the team, ask in-depth questions, and participate in a round-table type conversation. I felt less on the hot-seat, and more like "wow, these guys are really interested in what I have to say and the value I offer."

The process was focused on not just skills to do the job, but cultural fit. As a result of this process it has been extremely easy to fit into the organisation and start contributing quickly

What makes you most happy at work?
Dealing directly with customers. I really enjoy those interactions. I also am happy when I have a project to work on and can dive in and do what I feel is best for the customer without too much leadership overreach.
