What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is very smart and provides me with a clear direction of why we are focused on key initiatives. She along with the rest of the executive team communicate regularly that keep me informed about other aspects of the business. It means a lot to me and I'm sure others appreciate it.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The open leave policy. It's really nice not having to keep track of vacation days.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are close ans support each other. Can be a little challenging with many of us working from home and not seeing each other as much in person. We try to go into the office a bit more now and make sure others on our team are there too.

It's always changing (in a good way) to keep employees happy (office renovations, perks, etc.).

When we finish a project that has an effect on other groups across the company. When I get a shout out for recognition for a job well done.
