What do you like best about the leadership team?
They show you that they care. When it is a problem or issue they make sure they try their best to resolve the issue in the best way they can. With the team they must sure failure is not a option.

I dont have much feedback on the leadership team as until recently my experience with them has been terrible, but now I am under Joe Gavic and he makes sure I get to do what I am great at, helps me move upward in the company, and makes sure the results and findings in my work is known and heard.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating/listening because everyone can learn from someone. Listen to others ideas and don't pass them off as your own. Take the ideas & implement them, you just may find out that it will be effective in the work setting. Give everyone a fair chance no matter the color or gender.

The cost of living is going up weekly monthly and gas is also going back up you have employees who drives long ways to work

I have been with the company almost a year and My job duties are as much as a supervisor but I have never received a raise, and the gift card incentives we do receive are really hard to use on anything important like bills and groceries.

Sometimes we are given roles or tasks that go above and beyond what we were initially hired to do. I feel that as more responsibility is given to us we should also be getting paid better.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Make sure the clients are on the same knowledge level as leadership. Coming up with some sort of culture classes, for management to be able to learn about others culture and how to approach different situations when they feel that they aren't being treated equally due to culturistic situations.
