Leadership Reviews

Strategic view, highly capable, strong communication with rank and file

Review from Engineering Dept

Can recognize talent, has good vision for the industry.

Review from Engineering Dept

open communication willingness to listen

Review from Engineering Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Planning ahead. Realizing they stuffed RFAB with used equipment and the grace period of new equipment doesn't exist. I understand cost control but these are 15 year old tools and they break. New parts cost money. The wailing and gnashing of teeth over new parts gets old.

Review from Engineering Dept

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

There is a good bonus

Review from Engineering Dept

Excellent overall benefits, and incremental rewards for high performance

Review from Engineering Dept

20% of base salary given as profit sharing when TI makes 40% Profit form operations (has been happening every year for almost a decade)

Review from Engineering Dept

paid time off with flexibility

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Higher compensation for all the hours I put in to work. Work like balance at TI is poor, and TI will take from all employees whatever we will give

Review from Engineering Dept

Night shift compensation is 15%. Other places pay up to 25%. I never call in sick but there is no sick time. Has to come out of vacation time. Our health insurance options have been whittled down to one option and it sux.

Review from Engineering Dept

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

Highly skilled, motivated, minimal egos

Review from Engineering Dept

Pay attention during meetings and not respond to email

Review from Engineering Dept

friendly, fun and hardworking - not jerks

Review from Engineering Dept

Teamwork is generally effective but most teams are probably a bit understaffed for the product they are producing.

Review from Engineering Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

They need to care. It takes days here to do what other it takes hours to do at other companies. TI needs to send people to training. All vendors offer it. The money spent is returned in faster higher quality repairs.

Review from Engineering Dept

Teamwork is generally effective but most teams are probably a bit understaffed for the product they are producing.

Review from Engineering Dept

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

Generally collaborative and focused on the problem/issue/situation

Review from Engineering Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Less political agendas and desire to meet management dashboard criteria

Review from Engineering Dept

They say our motto is safe, right , fast..... but it is more like safe and right freaking now!!!! There is no right here.

Review from Engineering Dept

Review from Engineering Dept

Talking to a variety of people
