What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team empathize the situation employee and also of the customer. Regular touch base. Frequent surveys. no blame game. super nice and shuttle tone in any situation. Mostly we see smiling faces even in critical situation.

the executive and leadership is very open about company direction, as well as issues that arises that concerns the company. There is a genuine effort to understand and resolve all issues that comes across. The new leadership team is very invested in the future and has a vision that is achievable.

They're very present. I appreciate the fact they are on every meeting and tell us everything that's going on.

Good people working hard to make the company better. Founders are awesome people, JP is the best.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been here for more than 2 1/2 years. I have established lot of things here from scratch successfully. Team has grown and I have on boarded and off boarded lot of people, the work and the team I handle, requires lot of attention and mental strength. Comparably there should be more benefits and hike.

The people are really great. They all care, they try hard, and are in it for the right reasons. This wasn't always the case with previous leaders especially but it's great now.

I like the work I'm assigned and the fact I'm being given time to adjust to all the different code bases. Managers are patient and onboarding is going really smoothly.
