Our leadership team really cares about the employees. Not only by what they say, but by what they do as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with a team who cares about each other and works together with common goals. My immediate supervisor is awesome too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's really everything combined, from a fair and comparable salary, to generous benefits like the amount of PTO and paid holidays we receive. The company treats us very well.
