
My immediately work environment can be very draining. I am trying to impact those around me to help for more positive experiences. This does not speak to the immediate team that I work with.
They are making better efforts with employee recognition.

The leadership team from Geo to BI is very committed to making sure we are doing things correctly and to provide positive experiences. I feel from much of the leadership at BI corporate office. The facility level leadership needs work.
401K contributions are low compared to many companies. No option to contribute/offset to student loans - many companies are doing that in my area. My payrate is definitely on the lower end for my position/experience/education but PTO has been off-setting that (just due to tenure).
I am entertaining a lot of outreach via Linkin. Comparable positions with my experience in HR and my specialties are paying much better at other companies in this area than I am making. HR rarely sees a market adjustment. The benefits are comparable also so I am holding out to see what happens..
