Very approachable, personable, and looks out for our department's team members.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do like my title, but my compensation was supposed to be a 5 figure increase but was actually much less.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Ready to help when ever I need them. They also like to provide me training and guidance when I need it.
