They do not micro manage us and think of their employees as people and not robots. They know we have a job to do and leave us to do it.

Deep down the team actually cares about each other despite differences. The team is knowledgeable when it comes to our duties. The team likes food, food makes people happy, happy people work better together.

The leadership team at HQ makes the culture enjoyable to come to work on a daily basis. Although our main priority is to do our work and contribute to making the company successful and profitable they understand that we are individuals who have a life outside of the office.
