The team works very well together, supporting each other when workloads increase.

They do not micromanage and provide flexible schedules to accommodate family and doctor's appointments.

I am passionate about what I do and the team that I work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a clear salary gap between male and females. I wish promotions were given based on performance instead of personal relationships with leaders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that most people are extremely friendly and respectful to each other. For the most part, the people who are here are the utmost professional and supportive of others.
