The compensation is low for the position held in the area.

The leadership team is willing to work with you when you need help.

Most of the leadership works as a team. Not as me-me and me.

Most of them get along well. It would be great to do team building exercises.

Just being able to work every day. I strive to make every day a happy day.

Feel like I am making a difference to change the world. Whether I am doing the Human Resources role or working with our clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At this time, the rate of pay is completely under paid. There are outpatient facilities that are get 2-3 times more, while they are not in a dangerous prison setting.
