I came as a temp almost 10 yrs ago, and having worked for other large corporations I knew GEO was different and wanted to be a permanent team member because the culture and work environment I had experienced. I tell people about the company I work for and how wonderful it is, recently one got hired!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a considerably a large corporation with a family style culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are professional, hardworking and respectful of one another. We work cohesively together and will help one another if needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe we have a very generous Time Off package. LTI and FMLA, as well as a fare 401K contribution.
What makes you most happy at work?
I look forward to my work day with optimism and am happy when the daily goals are completed as well as the unforeseen challenges!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For the majority, they are fully vested in trying to make the workplace a great place to work ,a good work environment while being understanding of any personal issues that may arise.
