I started out in a clerk position, I learned other duties and with hard work and dedication I was provided the opportunity to promote. I tell my story to all the new hires and tell them with GEO the sky's the limit. Learn your job and other duties be willing to work hard and learn new things.

We work together to accomplish the daily duties.
What makes you most happy at work?
Staff interaction, seeing everyone getting along, completing my job duties and helping others when I can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees who work on same shift form a bond with their fellow co-workers sometimes outside of work as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy always willing to hear your concerns. Acknowledges us and greets us. Always willing to help out with issues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The different types of benefits, flexibility in the medical packages able to pick the one that best suits you. The EAP is I think the best thing an employer can provide to its employees, it shows it really truly cares for their personal issues and is willing to provide assistance.
