I like that they keep us engaged and continue to keep employee morale up.

GEO takes the time to celebrate its employees. Birthday's anniversaries and accomplishments, not to mention EPIC and all the employee engagement activities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that they try to keep up with all the recent increases ...gas, groceries etc., and keep up with the competitive wages out there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works collaboratively to ensure business goals are met, they can easily jump from one project to another and will many time be "all hands on deck"
