I have been with my present company 10 years. I am have had some health issues, and family issues as I am a caregiver. The one thing I will always be grateful to my present company is they have been very flexible with me, understanding to my issues and I am forever grateful!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly to me.

For the most part we mesh well. Courteous to each other.

I am not sure who the leadership team is or who you are referring to
What makes you most happy at work?
the fact that I have a job to go to . I love seeing many of my co-workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I received my undergraduate and masters and that should mean something to any company otherwise why ask for it.
