Overall good. Supervisors and coworkers are intelligent and professional. Work is meaningful. Bureaucracy and extensive meetings waste time and bog things down. Company has not adapted to post-COVID staffing needs. Brutally long hours with no end in sight tend to wear optimism down.

I respect and support my supervisors vision.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Professional without being too serious.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
No protection from disgruntled employees. Hotline can be used to harass and bully supervisors.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Working 12-18 hours per day, 7 days per week, including Christmas, New Year's, etc is exhausting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not planning to leave, but a simple market analysis shows compensation is not adequate for the position. This is without additional upward adjustment needed to account for the multiple requirements that were collapsed onto the position as a result of COVID.
