We are all a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all like to come to work and laugh and joke around. I'm all for getting your job done but I'm also all for taking time out to enjoy a laugh or conversation with the people you are around more than your family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sometimes it is nice to hear that you are doing a good job. Our leadership team ALWAYS goes out of their way to give kudos when necessary. Feeling that you are a valuable team player makes you always want to put in more effort.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers. It keeps me super busy but it makes me happy to know that employees are comfortable coming in to talk with me. Just knowing that I can be the smile that someone needed for the day or comforting shoulder to lean on when needed makes me happy.
