Have seen the company change and grow over the many years here. Executive Chairman keeps reinventing the company to keep us afloat since Biden took office. I hope we will survive and not experience any more layoffs.

We all work together and communicate.

We are all family here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Executive Chairman is wonderful, forward thinking, and always one step ahead. SVPs and EVPs work the hardest here.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I make a difference working here. If I don't know something, I find out! I try to make my manager's day easier.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been here 10+ years, always thanked by current manager, never given pay equal to other Administrators who have been here a much shorter time, highly depended on, but not given pay to support it. Love my job, but feel overlooked pay-wise.
