Geo has been a big part of my life, I have done and seen things that I never thought I would do. I love my company because they love me and also want me to be sucessfull at everything I do.

I love that my Health Sevices Leadership Team including VP's, really cares about what I do here at the GEO GROUP. However not so much for leadership on my HR team.

They really care for me as a in a whole person. I have a wonderful work and personal life balance. I get to be myself and let my work speak for itself.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take the time to know me as a person and always ask about my growth and development. Where I want to be in 3 to 5 years. That is important to me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Talking from a mothers perspective, cost of living has gone up. I dont like the feelin of just getting by, If my company is thriving , that should refelct in my biweekly compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is the akward elephant in the room, but cost of living has gone up very high and my compensation does not reflect. Its hard out there, single mom with two kids. I want to be humble and love my job very much so. However I perform very well and that should counted in.
