I would tell people that the difference the good team makes can be worth less money. I would tell management that the good team should be paid much better than they are. If they can pay bonuses to executives then why aren't they paying staff better
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
As a physician, my responsibility is to evaluate the patients that are assigned to me, determine their diagnoses and provide them with the best care and treatment they deserve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody that I've met so far is friendly and ready to help

My team is ready to help me navigate through the new electronic healthcare system.

The option of participating in the 4o1k with a higher percentage than in many other healthcare organizations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid much less than other area employers. I stay because I love my team here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is amazing. I just think that the corporate tea loses sight of us in facilities.
What makes you most happy at work?
A work environment that does not look to be toxic. You greet people and they answer. You feel you're welcome.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need to be paid better. The only people getting raises are medical and medical doesn't matter if the rest of us aren't here

Its determination to work in securing the best candidate for open positions, its commitment to provide state-of-the-art care to the inmate population it serves, and its passion to provide the training and tools inmates need for a successful reinsertion into the community.

The local level team and management. The warden wants to be liked so you can't always believe what he says but he is a good guy. the programs supervisor is great. The business manager is so nice. Our human resources lady is like the heart of the place. We have a good team.
