People are helpful and has teamwork approach.

Better outcomes for the population we serve.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They do their best to make it work. Despite shaky HR and IT. :-)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Think about employees and the workflow they generate due to their new ideas. People in our facility are burnt out, they are leaving as no one really cares. pay is not competitive either.
