My time with this company has been the best experience at any work place. I have been able to grow and expand my knowledge and experience as time goes by. With every negative situation there is twice as many more positive ones to counter balance it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team takes their time to understand the employees and assist in anything possible to improve the work environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This team functions as a family. Although friction can be present, this team tends to come out on top and work through the situation.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to interact with the clients and assist them in bettering their future. Getting to work along side some of this teams best members help make work feel like less work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The case managers position asks for more than when I first began nearly three years ago. Maybe because the cost of living feels higher, a little more pay would be beneficial. This position requires a little more financial compensation/benefits to want to remain as long as term employee.
