seeing my coworkers, making an impact on the lives of the people we help get back on their feet
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyday something different is going on! Its a fun environment in what could be extremely stressful if we had different management.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the insurance rates are so unaffordable all of the staff are on obama care because we can't afford company insurance. the 15 paid holidays are amazing and the pto earned annually is what keeps us around. If it wasn't for that there would be more of a turn over.
