I like the company and what it is trying to do to help reduce recidivism. The daily routine and the lack of clear communication makes it difficult to assist participants with their needs. Rules constantly change and when others speak up, they are considered trouble makers.

Better work ethic, better rapport, and professionalism

Clearer communication. and better new hire training

They do not micro-manage the staff.

Clearer communication, consistency in the rules, and staff cohesion.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is not too much to say, i do not think the package is comparable to other places
