It hasn't been like when I worked with the company the first time. This one is stressful and feeling very defeated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can't really find one
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think relatability. Some of them have true caring.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Showing more patience and kindness. They should be explaining things better and showing how to do things a whole lot better
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When I was sick with pneumonia for a week instead of some one helping me with filing paperwork any ware I came back inundated with paperwork. I'm still recovering and having this added stress.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a masters degree and I have performed this job the company before and yet I'm paid as if I've never done this before and I'm paid only $2 more per hour than a person with no degree at all and my position requires a degree.
